Delivery time

Your order will usually be delivered within 3 business days.

For orders placed before 12pm, we aim for same-day delivery.

*However, the following cases are excluded.

If there is advance notice of a shipping delay.
When there are long holidays such as national holidays, Obon holidays, New Year holidays, etc.
When there is a surge in orders due to new product sales, etc.

Please note that for some areas (Hokkaido, Okinawa, counties and islands), delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days.
Please note that all orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.)
