Returns Policy
We do not accept exchanges or returns of products due to customer convenience.
As an exception, if a product is found to be defective or faulty, or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered, we will promptly exchange or return the product.
Cancellation of products
We automate the process of shipping products to customers after your order is confirmed.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed, as shipping will be processed promptly after the order has been confirmed.
Regarding defective or incorrectly shipped products
If the product you receive is defective or faulty, or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered,We will handle exchanges and returns.
The return period is 14 days after the product is received, if you contact us.

- Products received more than 14 days ago
- If you return the product without contacting us in advance
- Products purchased outside the KY9 official online store or official stores
- Normal wear
- No tags or packaging
- Items that are dirty or smelly after arrival
- Items that have been repaired by the customer
- Items where the customer has caused damage or dirt to the product or outer box
- Any other items that we determine to be clearly used upon arrival at our company.
Refund Policy
Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will refund your payment via your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse until the refund is processed. Once we have confirmed that the item is eligible for return, we will contact you.
We cannot refund purchases made with a payment method other than the one used to purchase the item.
